An Inside-Out Approach to Leadership: My Interview Feature in OSHO Times Edizione Italiana

I’m excited to share that I’m featured in the April edition of OSHO Times Edizione Italiana – an Italian publication dedicated to Osho’s meditation, mindfulness and the science of the inner.

In this interview with the beautiful and wise Marga Jee Bodhi, we talk about the Zen stick moment which opened the door for me to do the work I do now.

At this powerful time in the history of consciousness, we’re being invited to embrace an inside-out approach to life and leadership, strengthening our inner resources so we can interact with the outer world without losing our center. We get to design a life and work that’s a healthy balanced union of:

Framework and flow
Milestones and mindfulness
Planning and playfulness
Implementation and intuition
Doing and being
Structure and spirituality

And of course we talked about what drives me: to spark the fire in my sisters – one woman at a time – creating a ripple effect of strong women who detach themselves from old patriarchal power structures and become autonomous and sovereign agents of change.
